We have an exciting opportunity for an Agency Sales Manager to drive advertising revenue for Gumtree. You’ll be part of a fast-paced team undertaking a 360 sales roles with a focus on building, developing and growing relationships with a variety of London based clients. Through inside sales and face-to-face meetings, you will look to maximise new business opportunities as well as support existing accounts positioning Gumtree Advertising as their go to destination to find their perfect consumer base. With nearly a million new ads on site each week and 10 million unique visitors every month, we are one of the UK’s most visited sites. About the role:
You’ll join a high impact team focussed on proactive Business Development using various methods of communication to secure new agency accounts and business. You’ll spend the majority of your week meeting clients in the field, pitching opportunities. You’ll be skilled in storytelling and presenting using insights, data and new advertising solutions. Your approach will be consultative and focussed in building excellent relationships across your designated accounts. This includes email, face-to-face meetings, agency hot desking, lunch & learns, client networking and more. You’ll enjoy the challenge of working to targets and have a track record in delivering growth.

What are we looking for?
Previous experience in consultative sales, preferably within advertising/ media with a knack for delivering towards sales targets.
You’ll be commercial and process driven and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll have excellent communication and presentation skills and be willing to travel to clients all around London.
You’ll also be self motivated, positive and passionate.
