We have an exciting opportunity for a results-driven Senior Commercial Manager (Marketplace Strategy Manager) to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and defining the look of our B2B and Home Services business as we embark on a significant phase of growth.
Our plan is to quadruple the size of the business in the coming years, you’ll help us get there! With committed long-term investors, a new leadership team on board and a marketplace buzzing with opportunity it’s a fantastic time to join us. About the role:
As a Senior Commercial Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product and operations to define and implement the strategy and direction of our B2B business, with a focus on Home Services. You will be continually looking at how we enhance our offering, drive revenue growth and deliver exceptional value to our customers.
Your key ownership areas would include areas such as Go-To-Market Strategy, Pricing Strategy, Supply and Demand Management and Competitor Analysis.
You will investigate and unlock B2B growth initiatives whilst delivering exceptional value to our customers. You’ll own the pricing strategy and structure driving adoption and retention while ensuring profitability. You’ll monitor and address marketplace dynamics, ensuring optimal balance between supply and demand. You’ll be highly data driven, undertaking market research to identify trends, opportunities and customer needs. You’ll also conduct detailed commercial analysis to uncover growth opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
Location: London, hybrid working applies with circa 2 to 3 days in the office.

What are we looking for?
Sound background in driving commercial growth in a B2C marketplace or a consumer facing Ecommerce set up. This includes a strong understanding of supply-demand dynamics.
You’ll be experienced in creating and executing Go-To-Market strategies, including prospecting and targeting.
You’ll be analytical and data driven, with strong commercial acumen and strategic approach.
Proven track record of driving revenue and achieving growth objectives.
You have high standards and are continually looking to find new opportunities for growth.
