Account Manager - Advertising

We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager to drive advertising revenue for Gumtree. You’ll join our Advertising Operations and be the main contact for advertising clients post-booking. You’ll work collaboratively with Sales and Marketing, supporting campaigns, chasing creatives, reports and tracking. You’ll have a partnership approach and be focused on delivering amazing customer experiences. With nearly a million new ads on site each week and 10 million unique visitors every month, we are one of the UK’s most visited sites. Location: London Waterloo, hybrid working applies with circa 2 to 3 days in the office.
About the role:
You’ll report to the Head of Advertising Technology joining a fast-paced team with considerable impact on Gumtree commercials and customer experience. In addition to being the main point of contact for your third-party advertising accounts, you’ll be the go-between across campaign traffickers, our sales team and advertising partners. This includes helping to set up campaigns, pulling together regular reports, insights and actionable recommendations. You’ll also help to define processes and workflows that put the customer at the front and centre. As a key contact for our valued partners, you’ll feedback clients’ evolving needs and strategies to the business, enabling us to build on our product and service offerings.

What are we looking for?
Previous experience in Account Management with focus on high-quality customer experience.
You’ll be organised with a knack for spinning multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and presentation skills. You build connections with ease, taking in pride in understanding and delivering to customer needs.
Proficient in G-Suite and Microsoft Office.
Ideally, you’ll be degree qualified or equivalent.
